How the draw works: the entry window stays open until mainnet launch. When it closes, we filter the pool (real quiz answers, verified social tasks). Each surviving entry gets its weights summed — 1 + retweet + tag + chat. The official giveaway terms must publish the deterministic seed source before the draw. It cannot rely on the currently stale development chain as finality or randomness evidence. We publish entry IDs + seed so anyone can verify the result.
